Knowing that Covid would likely continue to disrupt employee health and performance for months ahead, one of our Global FMCG clients asked us to support a practical, manager led process to quantify and bolster team energy in these difficult times. Every manager now has access to a simple toolkit that delivers confidential feedback to team members as well as facilitating important dialogue about the sources of workplace pressure and how well the team are deploying and recovering their collective energy in response.

We gave each manager one hour telephone coaching to help them interpret and then use their report with the team.

Easy to complete and then as needed, the whole process gives managers a line of sight on what is working well for the team now, as well as where to help them improve.
